Our mission

Professional municipal support without building a department from scratch

We support municipal governments with trained officers, structured complaint handling, and a staffed communications centre. The work is compliance-first: educate where that resolves the issue, document every file, and escalate only when the by-law and the facts require it.

Residents reach us through the municipal numbers already published by their township or town. Municipal clients reach a dedicated operations desk for coverage, reporting, and after-hours coordination.

Departments

How the operation is organized

Public-facing departments cover the work municipalities ask us to perform. Detailed procedures, radio protocol, and contract schedules stay inside the operations centre — they are not published here.

Seasonal & public-space enforcement

Beach, trails, and parking enforcement

Shoreline, trail, and parking files are a distinct workload from year-round property-standards work. Coverage is usually heavier from late spring through early fall, and the by-laws being enforced are the ones each municipality has already passed — parking, waterfront use, trail restrictions, and related seasonal rules.

Officers work those areas under municipal appointment. Hours, locations, and which regulations are in scope are set in the contract, not published as a public patrol map.

Dispatch

A staffed communications centre, not an answering machine

Every by-law, animal control, and security call is taken, logged, and routed. Field units are checked on a set interval. After-hours contact with off-duty officers follows a written policy — residents still get a file number; staff are not pulled off shift without cause.

Coverage that can scale with the season

Most clients need a blend of scheduled patrol, complaint response, and after-hours intake rather than a full in-house department. We quote against the by-laws you need enforced and the hours you need covered. Operational methods and vendor stack stay internal.
