A locally owned municipal support company based in Owen Sound. The public description is short on purpose: the work is done under municipal appointment and contract, not as a consumer brand.
Who we are
Municipal Support Services Inc. was established to give townships and towns a way to staff by-law, animal control, parking, and related protective work without standing up a full in-house department. The company has operated from Grey-Bruce since 2018.
Head office is at 132 Drive In Crescent, Owen Sound. Dispatch is staffed 24 hours. Field coverage follows each contract — some municipalities are full-time, some are seasonal or after-hours only.
We do not publish an employee roster, badge list, or vehicle inventory on this website.
How to engage
Municipalities and prospective clients should use the quote form or call dispatch. Residents should report issues through the number their municipality advertises, or through the concern form.
